“Outrageous Learning” is a must-read for any parent with children in public school. The book written in compellig plain-English prose, not policy wonk speak. The K-12 education reform debate today is polarized around the special interest groups who insist that more funding is always the answer, and those who want to abandaon the public education system altogether. Scott shows there is a way to use current revenue to bring true reform focused on innovation, flexibility, and local leadership.
